What counts as a seat?
Each person in your company's DebriefIQ workspace. When a teammate joins, your seat count goes up; remove someone and it goes down. Changes are prorated automatically.
How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you start, then try DebriefIQ free for 3 days. Live call assist and Ask IQ unlock when your paid plan starts; an admin can start it early from Settings. If you keep going, your first charge is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. A company admin can cancel from Settings › Billing › Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and there's no cancellation fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. See our refund policy for the details.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country and emails your receipts and invoices. DebriefIQ never sees your card details.
