If DebriefIQ isn't right for your team, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. The same applies to each annual renewal: ask within 30 days of the renewal charge.
Free trial
You aren't charged during the free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Monthly renewals
After your first month, monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
Seat changes
When you add or remove teammates, the charge is prorated automatically, so you pay only for the time each seat is in use.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@debriefiq.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
